Dispatch:

All our packages are shipped via PostNL. Shipping costs are €5.95 for deliveries within the Netherlands and €6.95 for deliveries to Belgium. Free shipping is available for orders over €50,-, both in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Exception for Special Transport: For special transport requirements that cannot be sent by regular mail, courier services are used. The shipping costs for this are €24.95.

Delivery times:

The delivery times of your order depend on the selected items. The estimated delivery time is stated for each item on our website. If you order multiple products, your order will be shipped based on the item with the longest delivery time.

Order Tracking:

Once your package has been transferred to PostNL, you will receive a track and trace code with which you can track your order. In most cases, the package will be delivered to your home within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch.

Returns:

With us you have a return period of 30 days, which starts on the day of delivery of the article. Returns are only accepted if the product is in unused condition and in the original packaging.
